ORDERING

Do I need to open an account in order to make a purchase?

No, you can check out as a guest everytime although setting up an account offers additional future benefits such as quicker checkouts and special discount sales. You can easily opt-in to create an account when placing an order on the checkout page.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Upon placing a successful order you will be redirected to a confirmation page, and we will also send out a confirmation email. You may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Do I need a resale number to buy from you?

Only Arizona customers that intend to resell products purchased from us need to provide resale information. Arizona customers without resale numbers will be charged sales tax when applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped usually within the same or next business day. Some items being shipped from any 3rd party supplier may take a bit longer to get shipped out. You will receive an email with tracking number once the package is shipped.

Do you drop-ship orders?

We do not offer any drop-ship services at this time.
